Casa Isabelle – 3 bedroom/2 bathroom – Budget Beachfront House
Description- Casa Isabelle is a 3 bedroom beachfront house with all the necessary amenities. This house is ideal for low maintenance renters that want a killer view of the beach and ocean and steps to the surf. The house is located on the beach directly in front of the world class beach break Colorados and just a 15 minute walk from Panga Drops surf break. The house does not have it’s own private pool but is just 50 yards (1 minute walk) from the communiity beach club, pool, restuarant and bar. The house has a master bedroom upstairs with a queen bed, private bathroom, private balcony and direct ocean views and 2 guests bedrooms downstairs each with 2 twin beds and a shared guest bathroom. Each bedroom has a/c and there is wireless internet and Claro TV. Please note there is no back up energy system in case of power outages or hot water.
Sleeping Arrangements- Can sleep up to 6 people with a queen in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in each of the two guest bedrooms.
Rates- (Daily cleaning included – except Sundays)
- March-September: $300/night for up to 6 people, 4 night minimum
- October – February: $250/nt for up to 6 people, 3 night minimum
- Holidays (Christmas, New Years and Easter): $400/night for up to 6 people, 5 night minimum
