Sleeping Arrangements- This unit sleeps up to 5 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest bedroom and a fold out sofa in the living room.

Rates- (Includes cleaning every other day)

• November-September: $140/night for 1-2 people and $160/night for 3-4 people, $170/night for 5-6 people
• October (rainy month) – $120/night for 1-2 people and $140/night for 3-4 people, $150/night for 5-6 people
• Holidays (Christmas, New Years and Easter): $240/night, 5 night minimum

*7th night free for rentals from October to February (excluding holidays) and 10th night free for rentals from March to September

Rates include 15% IVA (Nicaraguan Sales Tax).

Amenities- This condo has a/c in all rooms, Claro TV,  DVD player, wireless internet and a back-up battery system in case of power outages.
